Time Commitment

The expected time commitment is based on quarterly board meetings 3-6hrs each); AGM hosted at AFHTO's Conference and/or Summer Retreat; quarterly Committee meetings (2hrs/each). Each board member is expected to sit on at least 1 of the organizations 3 Committee's.

AFHTO's Mandate

The vision of AFHTO is to ensure equitable access to high quality team-based primary care in Ontario. We are a not for profit member based organization. Our members range from Family Health Teams, Nurse Practitioner-led Clinics, Community Health Centres and other team based primary care models that are publicly funded.
