1. The Albert Agricultural Society #133 and show staff do not assume any responsibility for accidents or illness to horses, spectators, equipment or personal belongings while attending the show.

2. No excessive use of whips. Judge will have authority to make this determination.

3. All exhibitors must show proof of insurance.

4. The judge’s decision is final.

5. Exhibitors are responsible for their own errors and those of their agents in preparation of entry forms. No entry shall be complete until or unless said exhibitor, representative or parent if under 18 years of age has signed the entry form including all post entries.

6. Stallions must be shown by someone 19 or older.

7. No profane language and no display of liquor in draft horse barn by exhibitors.

8. Keep stalls clean and tack hung up. Stalls must be stripped after the fair. Horses are to be on the grounds on Thursday before the class and cannot leave the grounds until 3 PM.
