    We are pleased that you will be attending the CAA & PTC Annual Meeting at The Breakers. The Breakers is a world-class resort offering unmatched luxury, breathtaking waterfront views, and an exceptional setting to unwind and enjoy a cigar with fellow members. 

    The event begins on Thursday, November 5. Registration will be open from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM in the CAA Welcome Area, located in South Loggia overlooking the East Terrace (formerly the Mediterranean Courtyard).

    We encourage you to visit our website and navigate to the Annual Meeting page in our member portal. Please note that you’ll need a member account to log in. If you don’t have one yet, feel free to reach out to us. Our team can help you set it up in just a few minutes. There, you will find:

    • A summary itinerary, available to view online or download.
    • Helpful information about the Annual Meeting.
    • Details on The Breakers' accommodations and amenities.

    Registering for the Annual Meeting

    We ask that you complete this form by September 30. The registration period will close after this date, and no additional submissions will be accepted.

    Before submitting your registration, you may review or make changes at any time:

    • Use the “Back” button at the bottom of each page to return to previous sections.
    • Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.
    • At the end of the form, please use the “Review Your Answers” button to double-check your responses and make any final edits.
    • Once everything is complete, you may submit your registration.

    The Breakers 14-day Room Reservation Cancellation Policy                                                                                

    Room reservations at The Breakers require a deposit equal to one night's stay and are subject to a 14-day cancellation policy before November 5th. If you cancel after October 22nd, your full room deposit will be forfeited, and additional remaining room reservation costs may still apply. We appreciate your understanding of The Breakers' 14-day room reservation cancellation policy.

  • The Spa Registration

    Spa appointments are being offered on Friday, November 6 and Saturday, November 7 for registered members and their spouses or guests. The Spa the Breakers will provide a 50-minute massage treatment. The 50-minute massage treatment is the only spa option that CAA if offering this year.

  • Golf Event Registration

    Location: Ocean Golf Course, The Breakers

    Join fellow members and guests to enjoy a relaxed afternoon of connection and casual competition at the Ocean Golf Course.

    Event Details:

    * Meet-Up Time: Golfers will depart from the Ponce Porte Cochere bus pick up area promptly at 12:30 pm.

    * Lunch: A complimentary box lunch will be provided by CAA at the course. An additional cost is required for the bar.

    * Event Fee: Includes a group discount subsidized by CAA.

    * Club Rentals: Available at an additional charge (payable at the course).

    At CAA, we’re proud of our members and the vibrant community we’ve built together. To help tell our story and showcase the strength of our association, we occasionally capture moments from our events. With your permission, we’d like to use photos or videos from the annual meeting to highlight our work, share our impact, and promote the industry in a positive light.

    Consent Statement

    • I grant the Cigar Association of America (CAA) permission to use my likeness in photos, videos, or other digital media in any of its publications, including online and social media, without compensation.

    • I understand these materials become the property of CAA and will not be returned. I authorize CAA to edit, use, and distribute them for any lawful purpose. I waive the right to inspect or approve the final product or receive any royalties or other compensation.

    • I release and hold harmless CAA from any claims related to the use of my likeness.

  • Register for Events and Activities 

    Please note:

    • Your member registration may include one accompanying guest.
    • The total registration fees cover the General Registration Fee for both you and your guest, as well as the applicable costs for the Friday and Saturday events and activities you and your guest choose to attend.
    • This year, we are hosting a special brunch exclusively for the registered spouses and guests of CAA and Friday November 6 at 11:00AM for the spouse’s brunch registration, to be held concurrently with the CAA board meeting. Each registered spouse or guest will receive an RSVP invitation via email shortly after submitting the registration form.

    Registration, Event, and Activity Fees:

    • General Registration Fee: $1,750 per CAA Member, plus $650 for an accompanying guest.
    • Thursday Welcome Reception: Complimentary
    • Friday Chairman's Reception & Dinner: $475 per person
    • Saturday Cocktail Reception: $275 per person
    • Saturday Golf Outing: $325 per person (includes lunch; CAA discounted rate)
    • Spa Massage Treatment: $250 per person (CAA discounted rate)

    The total amount due to the Cigar Association will be listed in the "Total Registration Amount Due" field in the last column of the table below.

    Please note that refunds for registration cancellations will not be issued after October 15, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances. Payments to CAA can be made via check, ACH payment, or wire transfer.
