Please be aware that refunds are not available once registration is completed; all sales are final. The last date to register is September 1. During the registration process, please ensure you provide a valid email address to receive important updates about event logistics. Set-up instructions, including comprehensive details on on-site parking arrangements, unloading procedures, designated vendor parking zones, and specific arrival times, will be emailed on September 6. A reminder email containing this information will be sent on September 10. Food vendors must comply with all state-mandated rules and regulations, including health and safety standards such as proper food handling techniques, sanitation protocols, and valid permits issued by local health authorities. No offensive merchandise, including items with explicit content, offensive language, or inappropriate imagery, will be permitted in any vendor area. The sale or possession of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, including any related items, is strictly prohibited on-site.
