Back to School Bash – Vendors

The City of Charlestown Back to School Bash will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Family Activities Park. The event provides backpacks and school supplies for Charlestown residents and students.
VENDOR INFORMATION

There is no fee to be a vendor at the Back to School Bash. We open this event to businesses, non-profits, churches, community groups, and more to participate.

Vendors are encouraged to pass out school supplies to students who visit their table. The city will provide tables (please specify if you prefer a rectangle table, round, or no preference). Tables will be set up under the roof of the outdoor skating rink. This is a rain or shine event.

Every student will receive one backpack while supplies last.

We estimate to pass out up to 250 backpacks.

If you can't attend the event in person, donations can be dropped off at City Hall, 304 Main Cross Street, Charlestown, IN.
