- Maintain the visual standard of the space, including the front area, podium, signage, storage area, changing room, restroom, and customer-facing details.
- Build and maintain local partnerships with hotels, short-term rental operators, concierge teams, property managers, wedding planners, restaurants, cafés, tour companies, and other travel-adjacent businesses.
- Identify revenue opportunities through referrals, local relationships, group bookings, specialty-item handling, corporate accounts, and tourism partnerships.
- Support promotional activity in the neighborhood and ensure the brand is visible without feeling overly aggressive or low-end.
- Track performance trends, customer feedback, staffing needs, sales opportunities, and operational issues.
- Create a strong team culture built on trust, accountability, polish, and service consistency.
- Communicate clearly with ownership regarding business performance, risks, needs, and opportunities.
- Represent VALIZE externally with discretion, confidence, and professionalism.

- Commercially aware, with the ability to convert local relationships into measurable business.
- Calm under pressure and able to handle customer escalations without damaging the brand.
- Lives locally in Puerto Vallarta or has reliable transportation to Zona Romántica.
Preferred Experience
- Hotel operations, concierge management, boutique hospitality, retail store management, tourism sales, property management, short-term rental operations, restaurant management, airport service, travel services, or premium customer-service leadership.
- Existing relationships in Puerto Vallarta hospitality, tourism, real estate, Airbnb, concierge, wedding, or restaurant networks are strongly preferred.
- Sales or partnership-development experience is a major advantage.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, move, and organize luggage and personal items safely.

A developing but capable manager may be considered at $28,000–$32,000 MXN/month with a performance review after 60–90 days.
A highly qualified candidate with strong bilingual management experience, local tourism relationships, and clear revenue-growth ability may be considered at the top of the range.
