⚠️ ATTENTION: Please check your email for your invoice. Be sure to review both your inbox and spam/junk folder if you do not see it right away.
All submissions are subject to review and approval. Vendor spots are only secured once payment is received. Invoices will be sent within 24 hours of application submission and must be paid within 3 days to confirm participation.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, and all necessary setup items.
All vendors must be fully set up by 12:30 PM and may not begin breakdown before 8:00 PM. Failure to comply may impact your eligibility for future events.
Vendor locations are assigned and cannot be changed or disputed.
Additional details and vendor setup information will be shared during the week of the event.
