Information About the Villa

Our beautiful Provençal villa will serve as our home throughout this sacred journey. Nestled on a private wine estate and surrounded by vineyards, pine trees, and centuries-old oak trees, the property offers both spacious gathering areas and peaceful spaces for personal reflection and integration.
The villa features a swimming pool with lounge chairs, outdoor dining areas, landscaped gardens, and bright, comfortable living spaces designed to support both community connection and quiet contemplation.

Accommodations are single or double (shared) occupancy and include private bathroom. Rooms feature either one double bed or two single beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Reservation & Payment Information
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve your place on the pilgrimage. Your deposit will be applied toward your total investment.
Flexible payment plans are available.
Payments may be made via Zelle with no additional fee. Credit card payments are accepted and are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Final payment is due no later than 90 days prior to departure.

Reservation, Cancellation & Refund Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve your place on the Sacred Rose Pilgrimage. Your deposit will be applied toward your total pilgrimage investment. Final payment is due no later than 90 days prior to departure.
Because this pilgrimage is intentionally limited to a small group, all payments made are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another participant approved by the organizer, provided all financial obligations have been met.
If a participant cancels:
• The $500 deposit is non-refundable.
• Payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded only if your space is filled by another participant.
• Any approved refund will be issued less any non-recoverable expenses already incurred on behalf of the participant.

This pilgrimage requires a minimum number of participants to proceed. Should the minimum enrollment not be reached, all payments made directly to the organizer will be refunded in full.

If the Sacred Rose Pilgrimage is canceled by the organizer for any reason, all payments received by the organizer, including deposits, will be refunded in full. The organizer is not responsible for airfare, travel insurance, or any other expenses incurred by participants outside of payments made directly to the organizer.

Travel insurance is required for all participants and should include trip cancellation, interruption, medical, and emergency evacuation coverage. Please purchase your travel insurance ASAP after your deposit is made.

Important Participant Information

Every effort will be made to provide the pilgrimage experience as described. However, due to weather, local conditions, safety considerations, site availability, transportation, or other circumstances beyond the organizer's control, the itinerary, accommodations, activities, or schedule may occasionally require adjustment. Should changes become necessary, they will be made thoughtfully while preserving the overall spirit, intention, and quality of the pilgrimage whenever reasonably possible.

Physical Requirements & Accessibility
The Sacred Rose Pilgrimage includes walking tours, visits to historical sites, uneven terrain, cobblestone streets, stairs, and natural pathways.
One of the most significant experiences of our journey is our visit to the sacred cave of Mary Magdalene at La Sainte-Baume. Reaching the cave requires a moderately strenuous uphill hike of approximately 45–60 minutes along a well-maintained forest path and 150 steps at the top. Participants should be comfortable walking this distance and navigating inclines and uneven terrain.
While we will move at a supportive and respectful pace, participants should be in sufficient physical condition to participate in the walking portions of the pilgrimage and manage their own luggage during travel days.

The Participant agrees that this Agreement may be executed electronically. An electronic signature, electronic acknowledgment, or acceptance submitted through an electronic registration platform shall be deemed to have the same legal force and effect as an original handwritten signature to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
