This is an application requesting reservation for an inside or outside booth space. Fee will be paid at the time of application submission.
All spaces are 10ftx10ft. Locations will be determined by the booth coordinator.
Booths are available inside or outside on a first come/first serve basis. Please reserve your booth by September 1st so we can make appropriate arrangements. NO Refunds after September 1, 2025 Eligibility: Booths are open to all groups, individuals and business on a first come/first serve basis (space is limited).
FCAD is a family friendly event. No vulgar, sexual, or explicit items will be approved. Inside spaces are available for the sale of merchandise or for display/educational purpose only. Spaces with wall space and electricity are limited. All groups (inside and out) will also be responsible for keeping and leaving their area neat and tidy.
What to bring and when:
• You supply your own tables, chair, and canopy.
• Bring HEAVY extension cords if needed • Set up on Friday 6:00 PM TO 7:00 PM or on Saturday beginning at 7:30 am.
• You are responsible to clean up your area.
• You can begin tear down no earlier than 4:00 PM.
• Raffle Permits: Must have proper authorization from the Gambling Commission at (509) 575-2820 . Each group is responsible for their own permits from the Health District. A Health Inspector will be on the festival grounds. For more information, call the Health District at 754-6060.
The Farmer Consumer Awareness Day Committee and the City of Quincy assumes no financial liability for expenses incurred because of accident, injury, illness and/or unforeseen circumstances. Due to liability, "carnival" type items such as pop guns, potato guns, silly string, lighters, fake cigarettes or other such items will not be sold at the FCAD celebration.
Parking: Loading and unloading can take place at the entrances of the FCAD festival grounds. Once a vendor is through unloading, vehicles must be moved to the lower portion of the Quincy Middle School parking lot or along the street adjacent to the tennis courts.
Your booth space is automatically approved, the vendor coordinator will contact you if there is an issue with your application.
