  • All riders must sign a liability waiver before mounting. All riders under the age of 18 must have a current liability waiver signed by a legal guardian prior to mounting. Liability waivers are available via download and at the check in desk on the day of the event.*

  • I am responsible for cleaning up after my horse and take responsibility for any damages caused by my horse.

  • We accept multiple payment options. To avoid processing fees, these links and usernames will direct you to fee-free payment methods. Final payment is due by August 20th, and a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot. We will also accept in-person payments via check or cash if dropping something by the barn is more comfortable than paying online. Just let us know in advance so we’re prepared. Signing up does not guarantee your spot until we have your deposit on file.
