Children's Faith Formation (K-5) 2026-2027

Welcome to Children's Faith Formation at Corpus Christi Catholic Church!

Our program serves children in Kindergarten through Fifth Grade, providing opportunities to learn about our beautiful Catholic faith, pray together, receive sacramental preparation, and become active members of our parish community. We look forward to walking alongside your family this year as we continue to grow in faith, hope, and love together!

The fee is $150 FISH children who have received First Communion/Reconciliation. Sacramental Preparation fees are $175 for each year (2-year program). After you hit "Submit," you will be redirected to the Corpus Christi online giving page to make your payment via credit card. If you need a payment plan, you can contact Susie Hays at 949/389-9295.
