  • Late returns are billed at $20 per hour.

  • Rentals more than two hours late may incur an additional full-day rental charge. End of day is 8pm MST.

  • I maintain valid insurance covering trailer use, cargo, and liability.
  • I assume responsibility for all loss, damage, injury, fines, claims, and liabilities arising from my use of the trailer.
  • JRP Operations LLC is not responsible for accidents, cargo loss, theft, tire failures, road hazards, or misuse.
  • The trailer is accepted in its current condition without warranties beyond normal intended operation.

  • Payment Authorization

  • I authorize JRP Operations LLC to charge my payment method on file for authorized charges including damages, cleaning fees, missing equipment, repair costs, towing costs, and late fees.

  • Indemnification Agreement

  • I certify that I am competent to safely tow, load, secure, and operate this trailer.
  • I have inspected the trailer and accept it in safe operating condition.
  • I agree to document trailer condition before and after rental with photographs or video.
