Magic Series Round 3 - Sunday 14th June

EVENT INFO;

Venue: Ngaruroro Raceway, 166 Mere Road, Fernhill, Hastings

Sign On: 7.30am to 8.30am

Compulsory Riders Briefing: 8.45am

Entry Fees: 

• $40 Members
• $50 Non members
• $10 Years 15+ All In (Single Race, Junior Riders at the Stewards Discretion) 
• $15 Second Class (if applicable)
• On the day entries will incur $10 fee

Includes MyLaps transponder hire - transponders are compulsory for ALL riders and must be returned once racing finished. Fees will apply for lost transponders and are the riders responsibilty to be returned prior to leaving the days event.  

Everyone is encouraged to enter and pay their entry fee online prior to the event cut off time. 
NOTE: day entries will be accepted with an extra fee of $10!

ONLINE ENTRIES CLOSE 8pm Friday 12th JUNE

* Riders can enter either as a Mini or Junior, not both.
FYI - we run two tracks, a mini track and junior/senior track.

* Riders can enter either as a Junior or Senior, not both for points.

* Juniors can ride Senior for no points at stewards discretion

* You MUST be a member of HBMCC club by the start of Round 2 (May) to be eligible for points/trophies

* You must complete a minimum of 3 rounds to be eligible for trophies

* NO pit bikes/electric bikes 

* NO tear offs.

* NO dogs. 

* Camping is available Saturday night!

 

Everyone is invited to join us on the deck after racing for our AGM and annual prize giving. We will have a sausage sizzle running with a special cake to celebrate 75 years!! We will also present the winners of our colouring in competition

* A MNZ One Event / Day License form is completed & issued on the day prior to receiving your transponder. These are a requirement if you do not have a current MNZ License (Black Log Book) and are permitted for one event only. A $5 day membership for non members is applied, a requirement by MNZ (the $5 charge is included when purchasing below)

MNZ uses the services of Drug Free Sport NZ and other agencies to professionally carry out the testing. I acknowledge by signing this form I maybe subjected to a drug/alcohol test at any time. I further agree that my name can be published by MNZ as having taken part in a drug/alcohol test together with the results of that testing. 15: I confirm that my machine complies with any technical rule(s) set out in the Manual of Motorcycle Sport and/or the Supplementary Regulations and that, to the best of my knowledge and belief, it is in safe working order and fit for competition at the time of inspection.
