    Instructions

    Submit applications beginning June 18. 2026. Application deadline is midnight July 30, 2026. CAA is a 501c3 non-profit all volunteer organization. Entry fees are used for costs associated with administering and managing this project. Please complete all required fields.
    1. Fill out this form completely including the artist statement and images of the four sides of the proposed design.
    2. Pay non-refundable entry fee: $10 for CAA members; $15 for non-members.

  • The theme of the project is Beauty of Concord. 

    You must include a separate JPEGs for each side of your design. Upload images in the order shown. Image size should be 1090 pixels on one side. PNGs, PDFs, and image types other than .jpg will not be accepted.

    Artist Statement should be 100-250 words. Use this to sell the jurying committee and the Concord City Council on why your design should win!
