Private Evaluations Time Slots

Select your preferred date and time for your evaluation and provide your contact details. You will receive a confirmation of your appointment. Athletes should arrive in athletic clothes and athletic shoes with hair out of face. Evaluations fee is $40 per athlete. Athlete will have a 1 on 1 evaluation with one of our staff members where they will showcase their skills. Some athletes may find out which team they have been placed on after their evaluation session. Welcome to the Xclusive Family.
