    1. The Name of the Delegate is your company's official representative to PHITEX 2026. 

    2. Each company is allowed strictly one (1) delegate, who must be at least a Middle Manager, Senior Sales Representative, or holds a higher position. 

    3. KINDLY REFRAIN FROM MAKING ANY PAYMENTS AT THIS TIME. A separate email with your approved status and payment instructions will be sent upon confirmation of your participation.

Such information, which may include personal and sensitive data, may be collected, processed, stored, updated, and disclosed by the Department of Tourism (DOT) and/or the Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) for legitimate purposes, including adherence to internal policies and compliance with reporting obligations under applicable laws and regulations.


    By attending this event, you also grant DOT/TPB the right to use, reproduce, and publish any photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings taken during the event for promotional and official purposes. Such use shall be made without expectation of compensation.
