*REFUND POLICY*
We do offer registration refunds. Instead, we would like to encourage you to simply move your registration to another session so that your child can have the experience of summer camp. We advise that you if you are not certain about attending that you instead not rush to register.
MEDICAL REASON FOR CANCELLATION
We understand that medical issues may arise over the summer or just as your child is set to attend camp. Please call us as soon as possible to inform us of your need to cancel. We will ask that you submit a written excuse from your child's physician.
SUMMER CAMP HEALTH AND SAFETY
Our top priority is the health and safety of our campers, their families, our staff and the community. We continue to work with federal, state and local officials
- If your student is not feeling well, please keep them home and alert the camp director, Miss Monie. In order to return to school, symptoms must be improving, the students must be fever free for 24 hours
- Campers must bring food for the day, including snacks and a non-perishable lunch, stored in their own bag (lunches are not refrigerated).
- Campers should also bring water in a refillable water bottle.
- Parents should apply sunscreen before campers arrive at camp in the morning, as staff will no longer be able to apply sunscreen to campers upon request.
- Additional sunscreen will be made available throughout the day, but campers will need to apply their own sunscreen.
- Frequent handwashing and enhanced sanitation practices.
- Staff will sanitize supplies and facilities throughout the day.
*Protocols will be amended as necessary as we move along through the summer to ensure the safety and security of our children.
