I understand this is a collectibles-focused event and all items must be appropriate for the show; I understand vendor approval is not guaranteed and applications are subject to review; I understand tables may be selected or assigned by drawing; I understand payment is due only after approval and my spot is not confirmed until payment is received; I understand vendor setup is from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM; I understand the event runs from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM; I understand teardown must be completed by 7:00 PM; I will bring my own tablecloth and any display materials needed for my booth; I will keep my booth area clean and remove all trash, boxes, and personal items before leaving; I understand vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, cash, displays, and personal belongings; I agree not to sell counterfeit, stolen, illegal, unsafe, or prohibited items; I agree not to sell food, drinks, alcohol, tobacco, vapes, weapons, or any restricted items; I agree to follow all Sheraton Hotel San Gabriel venue rules and all organizer instructions; I understand the organizer may remove any vendor who violates event rules without refund; I understand refunds, cancellations, or transfers are subject to organizer approval; I agree to be respectful to attendees, staff, venue employees, and other vendors.
