    Please provide copies of your last 3 months bank statements (plus savings if you think it will support your application). We assess your suitability for a tenancy by reviewing how you manage your money - i.e. your bank statements. We understand some people like to split their income into separate pots/bank accounts, and keep their 'bill paying' or 'everyday' account balance low. If this is you, we will also need to see balances in your other accounts/your savings accounts to evidence that you have positive money management skills. So please also upload the last 3 months full bank statements for these additional accounts. If privacy is a concern, we welcome redactions to the first 4 digits of the bank account number, and last 4 digits of the sort code. All other information (name, address, and full transaction transparency) is essential

    I understand that Seneca Living will need to contact persons and companies that I have listed on my Application Form, as well as a Credit Referencing Agency, in order to obtain the necessary information that confirms my suitability for the tenancy.  I authorise those persons and companies listed on my application form to supply the information requested by Seneca Living.

    I also understand that submission of this Application Form does not automatically entitle me to a tenancy.  A tenancy with Seneca Living is only guaranteed on the signing of a tenancy contract.

    False information given in any of the above inquiries shall entitle Seneca Living to (1) reject this and any future applications, and (2) retain the Holding Deposit as liquidated damages for the landlord's time and expenses of processing this application.
