GUEST TOUR RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, YOU ARE WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE Cornerstone Strength Club
1. Acknowledgment of Purpose (The Tour)The undersigned visitor (“Participant”) understands and agrees that they are entering the premises of Cornerstone Strength Club (the “Facility”) solely for the purpose of a facility tour, observation, or trial use of equipment (the "Activity").
2. Assumption of Risk:
The Participant acknowledges that fitness facilities contain inherent dangers. Gym spaces feature heavy moving machinery, slick surfaces, heavy weights, and active exercisers.Risks Identified: The Participant freely accepts and fully assumes all risks, hazards, and dangers associated with being on the premises. This includes, but is not limited to: slips, trips, and falls; objects dropping; equipment malfunction; and overexertion, even if merely walking through the layout.
3. Release of Liability & Waiver of Claims:
In consideration for being permitted to enter and tour the Facility, the Participant agrees to the maximum extent permitted by law to release, waive, and forever discharge Cornerstone Strength Club, its owners, officers, directors, employees, independent contractors, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action.
Negligence Provision: 
This waiver explicitly applies to claims resulting from the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties, including negligent facility maintenance or improper instruction during the tour.
4. Medical Representation:
The Participant affirms that they are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would make walking through or briefly trying equipment hazardous. The Participant consents to receive first aid or emergency medical treatment if an injury occurs during the tour, at their own financial expense.
5. Severability & Governing LawI:
If any portion of this Waiver is found by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to be fully binding. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Conneticut.
