Pride '26 Volunteer Application

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Henderson KY Pride! Pride '26 is Western Kentucky's largest Pride celebration, bringing together LGBTQIA+ people, allies, families, and community members for a day of connection, visibility, and celebration.

Event Location:
Central Park
10 S. Main St.
Henderson, KY

Event Timeframes:
• Set-Up: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Event: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Clean-Up: 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Pride '26 will feature:
• Live music and entertainment
• Vendor Village with local businesses, artists, and nonprofits
• Food Truck Row with delicious food and treats
• Beer Garden on the lawn of the Fiscal Court Building
• Family-friendly activities and community resources throughout the day

Volunteers play a critical role in making Pride possible. Opportunities may include event set-up and tear-down, vendor support, information booths, attendee assistance, hospitality, activity monitoring, and other event operations.

Please complete the application below. Submission of an application does not guarantee placement. All volunteers will be reviewed and contacted by a member of the Henderson KY Pride team regarding available opportunities and scheduling.
