Thank you for your interest in joining the AVGO Critical Response Team (CRT) – Florida Keys. The AVGO Critical Response Team is a Christ-centered network of trained and equipped volunteers who stand ready to serve during disasters, emergencies, community crises, humanitarian needs, and other critical situations throughout the Florida Keys and South Florida region.
Our Mission

AVGO CRT members represent a diverse network of servants, professionals, tradespeople, church members, boaters, first responders, medical personnel, logistics specialists, and community leaders who share a willingness to help others when needs arise.

Membership in the AVGO Critical Response Team establishes your eligibility to receive activation notices, participate in training opportunities, support AVGO service projects, and serve when critical needs arise.

Completion of this application does not guarantee membership or deployment eligibility. Applications are reviewed individually by AVGO leadership.

AVGO CRT OPERATING AGREEMENT
I understand that the AVGO Critical Response Team is a volunteer-based service and response organization, that activation opportunities are not guaranteed, and that I may decline any activation request. I acknowledge that safety, professionalism, servant leadership, and Christ-like conduct are expected at all times, and that I will represent AVGO, my community, and Christ with integrity and respect. I understand that AVGO leadership retains final authority regarding membership, qualifications, activations, assignments, and operational decisions, and that my role is to serve others and support AVGO’s mission of bringing hope, practical assistance, and compassionate presence into critical situations. I further understand that some activations may involve physically demanding work, inherent risk, adverse weather conditions, emotionally difficult environments, and extended hours, and I agree to conduct myself in a manner that reflects positively upon AVGO and the communities we serve.
