      The Parent-Child Discovery Snapshot is a reflective guidance and personal insight tool designed to help you better understand your child’s natural patterns, communication style, emotional needs, strengths and behavioural responses.

      It is not a psychological assessment, medical or clinical diagnosis, counselling service, or substitute for qualified professional advice.       Privacy & AI Processing


      Your child’s information is collected and processed only for the purpose of generating and delivering the personalised Parent-Child Insight you have requested.

      Technology, including artificial intelligence, forms part of the report-generation process. The framework, interpretation method and report structure have been developed by Own Yr Space. AI is used to process the information provided and generate the personalised written report.

      Information may be processed by secure third-party service providers used to operate the service, including form, hosting, email and AI technology providers. Your child’s information is not sold or used for unrelated marketing purposes.

      Where AI processing is used, the information submitted for report generation is not used by our AI provider to train its models and is deleted by that provider within 30 days.

      Own Yr Space deletes your child’s report data from its own system within 12 hours of submission.

      Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws, which may include the UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, EU GDPR, South Africa’s POPIA, and other applicable national or regional privacy legislation, depending on where you are located.

      Where personal information is processed across national borders, appropriate safeguards are used in accordance with applicable privacy law.
