  • Deposit Policy

  • A refundable deposit is required at vehicle pickup. No payment is needed until you arrive. The deposit is returned within 2-3 days after the car is returned, provided there are no issues with the car, same gas level, no accidents or tickets, and the car is returned on time.

  • Acceptable proof of residency (PDF): a utility bill from the last 30 days or a bank statement from the last 30 days and a current valid driver's license showing your address. If your driver's license address doesn’t match your current utility bill or bank statement, please upload two forms of residency.
