    Vendor Setup Information

  •  Sponsor will have a designated area in the venue space to set up and showcase their brand. Only 2 VIP sponsorship space are available 

    All sponsors are responsible for including but not limited to:

     

    • Displays

     

    • Signage

     

    Please note that this is an indoor/outdoor venue. This event is moving foward Rain or Shine.

     

    Vendor Parking

    On-site vendor parking is available for $20 Parking fees are collected on event day

     

    Vendor Wristbands

    Approved vendors will receive:

    Up to 5 Vendor Wristbands for staff. Additional attendees must purchase a General Admission 

     

    Approved sponsors  will receive an acceptance email via: chestbusterxculsive2.0@gmail.com

     

    Failure to submit complete Sponsorship details ans agreement contact by the due date listed on your acceptance invoice may result in your vendor space being forfeited and offered to another sponsorship vendor on the waiting list.
