Important Note:

1. For Exhibitors with additional lighting and electrical order, please complete this form and return it on or before Tuesday, 20 October 2026.

2. As equipment is limited, please order in advance by Tuesday, 20 October 2026.
   

   Standard Rate	On or before 20 October 2026
   On-site Rate	21 October 2026 onwards

3. All items are on rental basis only. All orders must be accompanied with proof of remittance. Orders without payment will not be entertained. Full payment is due before installation and delivery.

4. Facilities and services not indicated on the forms are subject to quotation and availability. 24 hours electrical supply must be ordered separately on individual job basis.

5. Cancellation of orders must be submitted in writing.

6. Strictly no extension cords or multipoint connection are allowed in the Exhibition Hall.

7. A cancellation fee of 60% will be imposed on the respective items cancelled on 18 September 2026.

8. A cancellation fee of 80% will be imposed on the respective items cancelled between 19 September to 20 October 2026.

9. A cancellation fee of 100% will be imposed on the respective items cancelled between 21 October to 28 October 2026.

Please note the following before selecting electrical requirement for build-up and exhibition days:

1. On site payment could only be made by cash
2. If you would like the electricity for set up and dismantle, please make 100% payment before deadline.
3. The standard supply is 110 V, 220 V or 380 V. with approximately 10% fluctuation. For the safety of your equipments, please use a stabilizer.
4. The cable that wire from power supply circuits we only provide 2 meter, if you would like to use longer than 2 meter that will be charge 200 baht (excluded VAT 7%) per one meter.
   
5. A surcharge of 100% of electrical equipment will be added for 24-hour operating services.
   
6. Any relocation will be charged THB 1,300 (exclude 7% VAT) per point for single phase circuits breaker, and THB 2,300 (exclude 7% VAT) for three phase circuits breaker.
   
7. Any relocation for lighting equipment will be charged at THB 200 (exclude 7% VAT) per point.
8. Power supply circuit breaker does not come with any extension. Should you require socket connections (15 Amp/220 V, 1 Phase), a fee of THB 220 (exclude 7% VAT) per point will be charged.
   
9. Any illegal connection or adaptation found would yield electrical disconnection without prior notification 20% the price in the exhibitors manual
