    Request for Proposals (RFP) August Art Crawl — Call for Artists

    Event Date: August 14, 2026 | 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Location: Downtown St. Cloud

    The Downtown Alliance and Downtown Art Crawl invite professional and emerging artists to be a part of the August Art Crawl in an engaging and interactive way!

    Eligibility - We are seeking:

    ● Professional artists registered with the Central Minnesota Arts Board, or

    ● Artists willing to perform or provide a live demonstration of their art.

     

    Eligible art forms include but are not limited to: Visual Arts, Theatrical Performance, Musical Performance, hands-on art demonstrations and community engagements, dance, public art projects.

    Proposal Requirements - Please submit a written proposal outlining:

    ● The type of artwork or performance you will present

    ● Any setup, space or technical requirements

    ● A brief description of your demonstration or performance

    Artists must provide their own setup (tables, easels, sound equipment, etc.).

    Compensation

    ● Individual artists: $100 per hour, minimum two hours - Maximum 4 hours.

    ● Groups/Organizations: Eligible for up to a $500 donation for a 2 hour group acts or demonstrations.

    ● Supply Reimbursement: Artists can apply for reimbursement of up to $200 for materials (with pre-approval).

    Once your application is received, a member of the Summer Art Crawl Committee will contact you with more information and next steps.

    Deadline for applications is June 30, 2026. Selections will be announced in early July.
