Jamul Community Riders (JCR) requests that members wear approved safety helmets. If you choose not to then you as an adult rider will accept full responsibility for yourself for any injury which may result from that act while riding in any JCR sanctioned show. Effective July 1, 2024, all riders under 18 are REQUIRED to wear a helmet when riding at any JCR sanctioned show.
RELEASE WAIVER
I hereby, for myself, my heirs, administrators and assigns, and family members release and discharge JCR and St. Pius X Catholic Church on which property the events are held, and all directors and officers of JCR and respective servants, agents, and all other participants of and from all claims, demands, actions and causes of action for all injuries or death sustained to my person, that of my child, spouse, or legal charge and/or property. In signing this release, please bear in mind that gymkhana is a contest of speed, that there is a certain element of danger involved, and that you will be riding at your own risk.
Jamul Community Riders DOES NOT provide medical insurance for its members.
