    Please note:

    Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to order graphic enhancement from the Official Contractor – A Plus Utility Management Co., Ltd. 

    If materials from external sources are used, e.g. all posters, banners, backdrop, double-sided/adhesive, sticking materials, they must be removed after the event and no sticky residue must be left on the wall/panel. Sticky residues that cannot be removed will be considered as damages and will be charged to the exhibitor, sales agent and/or appointed contractor.

    Penalty for damaged wall/panel: 2000 THB per wall/panel.

     

    1. This form is for all exhibitors with a booth or meeting room who require graphic printing for the backwall of their shell scheme stand.

    2. To ensure timely production of all orders, please order in advance by Tuesday, 20 October 2026.

      Standard Rate 19 September 2026 - 20 October 2026
      On-site Rate 21 October 2026 onwards

    3. All backwall graphics have to be ordered through and installed by our Official Stand Contractor, A Plus Utility Management Co., Ltd. Orders without payment will not be entertained. Full payment is due before installation and delivery.

    4. Upon submission of form, kindly send your ready artwork file in AI, Vector or EPS format in the stated dimensions. Please ensure that the submitted file has a minimum 300 DPI, and a bleed of 20mm on each side. to sbteam@aplusutility.com by Monday, 05 October 2026.

    5. There will only be a 50% refund for any cancellations after 09 October 2026. No refunds will be made for cancellations between 19 to 28 October 2026.
