    Welcome to Bridge to Campus!

  • Thank you for your interest in joining Bridge to Campus as a mentee! To get started, please complete this registration form by Sunday, September 27, 2026 @ 11:59PM EST. Once we receive your registration, we will be in touch with you about the next steps via email. 

    Please note that our 1-on-1 mentorship program is only open for high school students CURRENTLY living in Canada (domestic or international).
