  • Important Note:

    1. The exhibitor's preferred company name provided will be reflected on the onsite exhibition directory and fascia board (for shell scheme and pod stand exhibitors only).

    2. The preferred exhibitor's company name will be reflected in UPPER CASE only.

    3. The Contracted Company Name will be used for onsite exhibitor directory and fascia board (for shell scheme and pod stand exhibitors only) if the form is not submitted on or before Monday, 28 September 2026.

    4. Any fascia name changes made after Monday, 28 September 2026 will be subject to an administrative charge of THB 500 (before 7% VAT).

  • SHELL SCHEME EXHIBITOR - STAND LISTING AND FASCIA BOARD

    1. Complete below (include spacing) for the preferred company name to appear on the onsite exhibitor directory and shell scheme fascia board.

    2. Shell scheme stand fascia name will be in white alphanumeric characters UPPER CASE on a 200mm height colored fascia in-fill panel.

    3. Preferred company name will be reflected in a single line by default. For longer fascia names, the font size may be reduced and the text may be displayed across 2 lines, subject to the length of the fascia panel.

    4. Exhibiting company logo may be affixed on the fascia board at additional cost. Quotation will be provided separately after submission.

    5. Orders are valid only when accompanied by full remittance.
