About the Market
Our first ever West St. Paul Summer Mega Market is a fun and vibrant indoor marketplace featuring local vendors, artisans, bakers, makers, collectors, garage sale treasures, home décor, crafts, locally grown products, fresh baked goods, and much more.

Farmers Market Vendors

Home-Based Businesses
Collectors and Specialty Vendors
All markets are held indoors, rain or shine.
Vendor Applications
We have a limited number of vendor spaces available and acceptance is not guaranteed.
All applications will be reviewed and approved vendors will receive an acceptance email containing payment instructions.
Acceptance Email will be sent within 7 days of your application.
Vendor Fees
$40.00 per 8-foot table
or
Sign up for all 4 markets at $35.00 per table ($20 discount!)
Each table rental includes:
One (1) 8-foot table
Two (2) chairs
Additional chairs may be available upon request.
each vendor can sign up for 2 tables max.
Please note that while there is some space around each table for displays and merchandise, tables will be positioned beside one another. Vendors requiring additional space are encouraged to reserve multiple tables.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for activities and events organized by the RM of West St. Paul, including but not limited to:
Craft Sales
Garage Sales
Vendor Markets
Community Events
Vendors Selling Food Items
This event falls under the Farmers Market Guidelines established by Manitoba Health.
Food vendors will receive additional information once accepted into the market.
Please note:
Vendors selling non-potentially hazardous foods may be eligible to operate under the market permit.
Vendors selling potentially hazardous foods may be required to obtain their own permit and approval from a Public Health Inspector.
All food vendors are responsible for complying with Manitoba Health regulations and food safety requirements.
Additional information and documentation requirements will be provided to accepted food vendors.
