Thank you for choosing InsideOut Painting! We offer a 1-year warranty on all interior and exterior projects, covering any issues caused by our workmanship—like peeling paint due to improper prep, missed primer, or moisture-related adhesion problems. It’s usually minor things, like paint peeling on window sills where weathering is common. The warranty doesn’t cover issues beyond our control, such as home shifting, insulation/moisture problems, or damage caused by the client. We also don’t cover walk-on surfaces like decks or steps, or projects where the client supplies their own paint. As a bonus, clients receive 1 hour of free touch-ups during the warranty—1 hour total. This can be used for any small fixes, even ones outside the warranty scope. It’s just our way of going the extra mile.
