    This Halloween-themed, dog-friendly event brings together runners, walkers, families, and animal lovers for a festive morning of costumes, community, and fun benefiting LifeLine Animal Project.

    Our Vendor Village is a key part of the Spooky Pooch experience, and we’d love for you to be part of it. Please complete the form below to apply for a vendor space. Once your application is reviewed, a member of our team will be in touch with next steps.

    The Vendor Village is open to the public, so we encoruge you to share with your patrons! 

    RATES

    STANDARD RATE | $250 For larger businesses, corporate brands, franchises, or multi-location companies.

    COMMUNITY VENDOR RATE | $100* For small businesses, local makers, artists, and independently owned brands.

    NONPROFIT RATE | $75 Available for registered nonprofit organizations.

    FOOD VENDOR RATE | $350 For food trucks, food carts, beverage vendors, and other vendors selling prepared food or drinks.

    Booths include:

    • 10’x10’ booth space in the vendor village

    • Opportunity to engage directly with attendees

    • Optional participation in event-wide trick-or-treating for children and dogs through candy, treats, coupons, or giveaways

    Vendors are responsible for providing:

    • Black or white tent

    • Tables, chairs, and booth setup materials

    • Any required permits, licenses, insurance, or health department documentation

    • Their own power source, if needed

    * Community Vendor pricing is intended for small businesses, local makers, artists, and independently owned brands. LifeLine reserves the right to determine eligibility for discounted vendor rates.

    By submitting this form, I confirm that I am authorized to register the business or organization listed above for participation in Spooky Pooch 5K.

    I understand that vendor participation is subject to approval by LifeLine Animal Project. If approved, LifeLine will invoice me for the selected booth space. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, and participation is not finalized until payment has been received. All sales are final.

    I understand that Spooky Pooch 5K is a rain-or-shine event and that vendor fees are non-refundable, including in the event of weather conditions, changes in attendance, or other circumstances outside of LifeLine Animal Project’s control.

    I understand that any attendance figures shared by LifeLine Animal Project are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual attendance may vary based on registration levels, weather, community participation, and other factors.

    I agree to follow all event guidelines, including set-up and tear-down schedules, booth requirements, and onsite instructions provided by LifeLine Animal Project staff and event representatives.

    I understand that vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, displays, signage, supplies, and tent weights unless otherwise arranged in advance. I understand that electricity is not provided onsite.

    I agree that no live animals may be sold, transferred, adopted, or given away from my booth.

    I understand that LifeLine Animal Project reserves the right to deny, remove, or modify any vendor, product, display, giveaway, or activity that does not align with event standards, creates a safety concern, or does not comply with event guidelines.

  • Food vendors are responsible for obtaining and complying with all required permits, licenses, inspections, and food handling requirements. Food vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, county, and local health regulations. LifeLine Animal Project reserves the right to approve food offerings and limit duplicate food categories.
