Work Per Insurance Settlement

Homeowner is Responsible for Deductible

TERMS
This agreement does not obligate the homeowner or Build Tech Pro in any way unless full replacement is approved by the insurance company. I (property owner) agree to allow Build Tech Pro to perform all roofing and will be responsible for performing miscellaneous work as described by at prices determined by with no additional cost to the property owner except for the deductible.

This contract can be canceled any time prior to midnight on the third business day from the date of this contract . If this contract is canceled by the “Customer” later than (3) days from execution, “Customer” agrees to pay an amount equivalent to 15% of the total contract price for consulting services rendered and/or liquidation fees.

The “Company” reserves the right to supplement the insurance company for increases in the “Full scope of work,” and/or documented price increases. “Customer” agrees to allow these supplements to be paid directly to the “Company”.

“Full scope of insurance proceeds” shall be defined as the full price for repairs and replacements allowed by the Insurance Company.
