Risks of Participation I understand that participation in this international trip involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: risks associated with air, bus, and local transportation; delays and lost luggage; illness, food- or water-borne sickness, and limited access to medical care; physical activities such as walking, hiking, and excursions that may result in slips, trips, or falls; adverse weather and environmental conditions; theft or loss of personal property or travel documents; minor crime or civil unrest; and risks arising from unfamiliar laws, customs, and language barriers. I understand that these risks may result in property damage, serious injury, or death. Release, Hold Harmless, and Indemnification To the fullest extent permitted by law, I (and, if the participant is under 18, the undersigned parent/guardian) voluntarily assume all such risks and hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree to hold harmless and indemnify Señor's Tours, David Hennings, Stephanie Hennings, their administrators, employees, trip organizers, staff, chaperones, volunteers, and any partnering organizations from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, or expenses of any kind, including those arising from injury or death, that may result from or relate in any way to my (or my child’s) participation in this trip, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the released parties.
