If an appointment is made, there is a $100 deposit required that will go toward to cost of your service. Any cancellations/rescheduling within and up to 48 hours before appointment time will be non-refundable.

CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT & CONSENTI understand that hair services involve professional recommendations, artistic interpretation, and variables that may affect the final result, including but not limited to my hair history, previous chemical services, hair condition, maintenance routine, and home care practices.I agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding my hair history, including previous color, chemical treatments, medications, allergies, and any other factors that may impact the safety or outcome of my service.I understand that while Dani Van Buren will make every effort to achieve my desired result, no specific outcome can be guaranteed. I acknowledge that achieving certain results may require multiple appointments and that maintaining hair integrity and health will take priority over achieving a particular color or look in a single session.I consent to the services discussed during my consultation and understand that service plans may be adjusted at Dani Van Buren's professional discretion to protect the condition of my hair or to achieve the most realistic and appropriate outcome.I understand that all sales are final on services rendered. If I have concerns regarding my service, I agree to contact Dani Van Buren within 7 days of my appointment so that reasonable adjustments may be discussed. Refunds are not provided for completed services.I grant permission for photographs and videos of my hair to be taken before, during, and after my appointment. These images may be used for portfolio, educational, marketing, website, and social media purposes. If I prefer not to be photographed, I will notify Dani Van Buren before my service begins.By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this agreement, have had the opportunity to ask questions, and voluntarily consent to the services provided.
