  • Report a Public Access Issue

  • Our publicly-owned lands and waters should be accessible TO THE PUBLIC. 

     

    If you have encountered an issue accessing your public lands or waters in New Mexico, use this form to report it. Note the location/coordinates, issue type, brief description, and photos. Please input as much information as possible, known, and relevant to your complaint. The New Mexico Wildlife Federation will use this information to create a map of reported issues and as testimonials to approach the responsible authorities to initiate change. 

     

    Information input into this form will be used by the New Mexico Wildlife Federation for access change. Private information, such as contact information, name, addresses, or identifable information will not be shared publicly.

  • If you need to find your coordinates: 

    On the computer - 

    • Go to Google Maps.
    • Place a marker on the address or the specific location on the map. 
    • Right-click on the marker to get the coordinates.
    • Clicking the coordinates will copy them.
    • Come back to the form to paste them into the Coordinates box.
