    Thank you for your interest in participating in Portland Winter Light Festival activities this winter!

    This year's activities will take place Friday, February 5 - Saturday, February 13, 2027.


    This form is intended to be filled out by artists, artist groups and community partners that would like to exhibit their work and do not have a location.

    The deadline to complete this form is 5 PM, Friday, August 28, 2026.

  • How To Request a Stipend

    If you are requesting a stipend to create or bring this work to PDXWLF you must tell us at this time. We understand that other factors may change this over time that may adjust the total stipend (such as other grant opportunites).

    In short, if you think you will need financial assistance, it is better to request a stipend at this time. 

    If you are requesting a stipend, more specfic instructions are provided if you select "Yes".
