CNA Refresher Course Registration Policy
By registering for the CNA Refresher Course, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: All payments are non-refundable. Once registration and payment have been received, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to illness, work conflicts, personal emergencies, transportation issues, or failure to attend the course. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled class sessions. Due to the condensed nature of this course, missed class sessions are the sole responsibility of the participant.The instructor and training academy do not provide make-up classes, make-up days, or individual remediation sessions for missed course hours, unless we are the ones to cancel. Participants who miss any portion of the course will not be entitled to a refund, credit, or additional instructional time. Participants may transfer their registration to a future CNA Refresher Course session one (1) time only. Requests to transfer must be submitted prior to the start of the scheduled course. After one transfer has been granted, no additional transfers will be permitted.
