I AM AWARE THAT HORSE BACK RIDING AND ALL OTHER RELATED EQUESTRIAN ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING TACKING UP, CARING FOR, TRAILERING, AND BEING AROUND HORSES THEREOF ARE INHERENTLY HAZARDOUS, AND I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN EQUESTRIAN RELATED ACTIVITIES OFFERED BY BARN OF THE STARS WITH THE FULL INFORMED KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGER INVOLVED AND HEREBY AGREE TO ASSUME AND ACCEPT ANY AND ALL RISKS OF INJURY, EVEN DEATH. I represent and warrant that I am in appropriate and sufficient good health and medical and physical condition to participate in riding horses, going in the sauna, and other equine or non-equine related practices, as well as any related or ancillary activities. All participants and guests agree to abide by Barn of the Stars' property rules, safety guidelines, instructor directions, and staff requests at all times while on the premises. Barn of the Stars/Eagle Hill Ranch reserves the right to refuse service, deny participation, or require any participant or guest to leave the property at any time, with or without cause, if owner determines such action is in the best interest of safety, animal welfare, operations, or the enjoyment of others. Failure to comply with property rules, safety requirements, or owner instructions may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.By participating in activities at Barn of the Stars, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
