- I, the undersigned, understand that participation in the Nova Scotia Mi’kmaw Summer Games involves certain risks. In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby assume all risks for myself and all athletes listed in this registration.
  
  I release the Sipekne’katik First Nation from any and all liability arising out of the participation of all individuals registered on this form. I verify that all listed athletes are physically fit to compete.
