  • About Samantha Lorenzo

    I spent nine years inside board recruitment — supporting more than 400 board appointments — working directly with the executives pursuing those seats. Before I ever presented a candidate to a board, I coached them: reviewing their board pitch, refining their materials, and preparing their positioning so they walked in as the strongest version of their candidacy.

    Through that work, I partnered with boards, executive teams, and senior leaders across public, private, PE-backed, and nonprofit organizations, gaining a firsthand view into how director candidates are actually identified, evaluated, and selected.

    Today, I work with senior executives on board readiness, board search strategy, and executive positioning — helping you build the visibility and credibility that boards look for, before a search is ever underway. I also partner with boards and organizations directly on board recruitment, helping them identify and evaluate strong director talent.
