August Sacred Soulstice Energy Fair Vendor/Reader Application Form

At Coe Lake Park, Berea
This is an OUTDOOR only market that is RAIN or SHINE on a THURSDAY evening from 4-8pm. Vendors may start setting up at 2:30pm. The vendor/reader space is 10ft x 10ft for $35. Vendors AND readers are required to provide their own tables/chairs/tents/weights (sandbags only- NO STAKES ALLOWED per City of Berea). There will be NO electricity available. Bathrooms & concessions are on site. Vendor/reader fee is due within 72 hours of receiving an acceptance email. Do you agree to these requirements??

The week of the energy fair you will receive a load in email reiterating arrival, set up and other details.
To reiterate: upon receiving an acceptance email the vendor/reader fee is due within 72 hours. If not received, a $10 late fee will be added and $45 will be due by the end of the 4th day. If not received at the end of day 4, payment will no longer be accepted and you will be removed from the event. You can pay via Venmo or through a Square Invoice. Do you accept these terms?
