Robotics Team Coach Fellowship

The SoLA Robotics Team Coach Fellowship is a structured, hands-on leadership and STEM mentorship experience that prepares college students and community volunteers to co-coach youth robotics teams through SoLA Robotics' 10-week competition season (commitment runs January through May 2027).

Fellows receive training in SoLA's robotics platforms, youth engagement, competition preparation, team facilitation, and SoLA's competition model before being paired with a youth team.

During the competition season, Fellows work alongside SoLA Robotics Coaches to help their assigned students apply weekly lessons, solve technical challenges, document their progress, prepare for competition, and ultimately participate in SoLA SLAM and the SoLA Youth Showdown.
