Delegate & Alternate Confirmation for The Electing Convention of the Diocese of Tennessee

You certified the election of the following people to be your lay delegates and alternates at the 194th Annual Convention of the Diocese of Tennessee. As the Canons of the Diocese of Tennessee stipulate that Special Conventions (including Electing Conventions) are made up of the same members as the preceding Annual Convention, these will be your parish's representatives for the Electing Convention on August 22.

If you need to make changes, you may swap an alternate for a delegate by indicating the change below. According the Canons of the Diocese of Tennessee and the Rules of Order for the Electing Convention, any new delegates or alternates must be certified with the appropriate certification form by July 10, 2026 six weeks prior to the Electing Convention.

Missions with an Average Sunday Attendance (ASA) of: Less than 20: 1 delegate.  20 to 49: 2 delegates. 50 or more: 3 delegates.

Parishes with an Average Sunday Attendance (ASA) of: Less than 50: 2 delegates.  50 to 149: 3 delegates. 150 to 299: 4 delegates. 300 to 499: 5 delegates. 500 or more: 6 delegates.

You may indicate swaps of already certified delegates and alternates below, but you may not certify new delegates or alternates at this time. That will require a separate process.
