  • Important Guidelines

    Eligibility: This form must be completed by the Student Org. Treasurer.

    Travel & Conferences: All travel and conference requests should be directed to the SBA Travel Fund.

    Timeline: Requests must be submitted at least two weeks before the scheduled event date. Late submissions may not be considered.

    Compliance: All information provided is subject to the Student Honor & Conduct Code.

    Policy: Ensure you have reviewed the Student Organization Funding Tab found HERE before submitting.

    Please submit one application per event.

     

    Single-organization events: Eligible for funding up to $1,000, Multi-organization events: Eligible for funding up to $1,500

    Please note: These are the maximum funding amounts, not guaranteed awards. The amount approved will be determined based on factors such as the event budget, anticipated attendance, the reasonableness of requested expenses and overall impact.
