        • Center Church Extravaganza Vendor Rules & Regulations
          Saturday, July 18, 2026 | 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

          1. Booth Space & Equipment
          Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, and displays.
          All displays must stay within the assigned booth boundaries (measured and numbered with spray chalk).
          A large community tent with tables will be available for customer rest; please do not move these for personal booth use.

          2. Setup & Breakdown
          Setup begins at 4:00 PM.
          All vendors must be completely set up and ready for customers by 5:45 PM.
          If you need to arrive later or have specific setup requests, please contact Doris at 817-768-7935.
          Breakdown may not begin until the event concludes at 10:00 PM.

          3. Product Guidelines
          All items sold must be family-friendly and appropriate for a church environment.
          Prohibited Items: Sexually inappropriate materials, drug-related imagery, and drug paraphernalia are strictly forbidden.
          The event organizer reserves the right to ask for the removal of any products deemed unsuitable.

          4. Permits & Licenses
          Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.
          Any food vendors must have the necessary local health department permits on display.

          5. Fees & Payments
          All vendor fees must be paid in full prior to the event date to secure your spot.
          Fees are non-refundable in the event of a vendor cancellation.

          6. Conduct
          Vendors are expected to behave professionally and treat all attendees and fellow vendors with respect.
          Smoking and alcohol are prohibited on church grounds.

          Section 7. This event will be rain or shine. There are no refunds for any vendor fees. In the event of severe weather you will be notified of that cancellation. Vendors will be given a credit to the next event.
