Lustre Tutor Online Tutoring Agreement

LUSTRE TUTOR PARENT & STUDENT POLICY
At Lustre Tutor, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and engaging online learning environment for every child.

ATTENDANCE

• Students should attend all scheduled sessions on time.
• Parents should notify the tutor in advance if a student will be absent.

ONLINE CLASSROOM BEHAVIOR

• Students must show respect to tutors and classmates.
• Disruptive, inappropriate, or offensive behavior is not permitted.
• Cameras may be required during lessons for participation and safety.

HOME LEARNING ENVIRONMENT
Parents are encouraged to:

• Provide a quiet and distraction-free space
• Ensure devices are charged and internet is stable
• Support younger learners during sessions

ASSIGNMENTS & PROGRESS

• Students are encouraged to complete assignments and practice work.
• Parents may receive progress updates when necessary.

PAYMENT POLICY

• Payments must be completed before lessons begin.
• Missed sessions without notice may not qualify for make-up classes.
• Repeated late payments may result in service interruption.

SAFETY & PRIVACY

• Student information is kept confidential.
• Lesson recordings or screenshots may not be shared publicly without permission.

COMMUNICATION
Parents and students are expected to maintain respectful communication with tutors and staff at all times.
Lustre Tutor reserves the right to update policies when necessary to improve learning quality and student safety.

AGREEMENT
By enrolling in Lustre Tutor services, the Parent/Guardian acknowledges acceptance of this agreement and all related policies.
