  • Video Release and Consent Statement

    By submitting a video to the Asia Pacific Education Services Video Competition, you (and your parent or legal guardian, if you are under the age of 18) grant Asia Pacific Education Services the absolute and irrevocable right to use, edit, publish, and display your video submission. This includes the right to: Distribute the video publicly on websites, social media, and at live events. Use your name, likeness, and biographical information in promotional materials related to the competition. By participating, you confirm that: You have obtained all necessary permissions, including music licenses, location releases, and talent consent for everyone appearing in your video. The video is entirely your original work and does not infringe on any third-party copyrights. You waive any rights to royalties or compensation related to the public screening or distribution of your video. All video submissions will be the property of the CHCC: Community Guidance Center (CGC) and can be used as sustainable tools to approach youth populations in the future.
